Smith Insulation can insulate and poly your Closed crawl space. There are 3 ways to construct a closed crawl space. We can install a foam board product or spray foam on the inside face of the wall of the crawl. The second approach is to inject foam inside the block wall using our Core-Foam. The third choice is to insulate the floor of the crawl. We then lay a 10mil poly covering the ground 100% to keep moisture out. Builder’s who have switched to the closed crawl system advise that home-owners report lower energy costs, no pest problems, and no moisture problems. Closed Crawl’s make for an overall, healthier home.
