1979, we are one of the Triangle's most experienced insulation
contractors. We can handle any of your insulation needs for new
construction or existing projects. We also offer tub coating, mold
protection, radiant barrier insulation, fiberglass batts, blanket
insulation, blown-in fiberglass insulation, open and closed cell
foam, core foam for concrete block walls, and much more.

industry training and certification programs, attends the meetings

participates in Progress Energy’s Energy Efficient Home program. We
have completed the High Performance Home training course through
Southface Energy Institute and earned the Certified Insulation
Contractor award from the NAHB Research Center. Smith Insulation
also completed training and certification courses from companies
such as; Protective Chemicals Corp., Johns Manville, CertainTeed and
Knauf Fiberglass. It is comforting to know that a “Smith job” is
one that will be done properly, will comply with all building codes,
will be installed per the manufacturer’s directives and will meet
all of the manufacturer’s warranty requirements. That’s
"peace-of-mind”.
Smith Insulation helps builders
qualify their projects for the Energy Star Rating program offered
through Progress Energy. A “Smith Job”
exceeds the standard established for Energy Star.

Worker’s Comp insurance and complies with all applicable Federal,
